SECTION 1: RETURNS
1.1 Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. It is Your responsibility to check Your order carefully, immediately on receipt of goods. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
1.2 To be eligible for a return, your item must be UNUSED, UNOPENED and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING. If your return goods are not in the original packaging or consumed, no refund will be considered.
1.3 Refunds for cancelled orders will be made within 14 calendar days from the date on which we safely receive the returned goods. Refunds will be to the card used for the original payment transaction. Depending on your payment card please allow up to 7 working days after we have processed your refund for the funds to appear on your payment card’s account.
1.4 You will not be refunded for minor damage to the exterior packaging of the goods that you have order during transit (e.g. minor dents, scratches or tears in the packaging) when the contents are not compromised.
1.5 Refunds for unwanted goods will be made in accordance with our cancellation policy provided above. If You are returning the product because it is simply unwanted, the product must be returned both UNOPENED, UNUSED, and in original packaging. For food safety reasons, perishable food items are not refundable if simply unwanted.
1.6 is recommend that all returns are sent via recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible if an item does not reach us. It is Your responsibility to return the goods safely to us at Your cost. All returns must be received by us within 14 calendar days of order cancellation.
1.7 Until you return items to us you are responsible for their safe keeping and taking reasonable care of them. We do not accept liability for returned packages damaged during transit back to us. You are liable for any damage caused between receipt of the goods and their return to us. We will not accept returns of items that have been damaged in transit because they were incorrectly packaged by you, and we reserve the right to return such goods to you at your expense. It is recommended that all returns are sent via recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible if an item does not reach us.
1.8 To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us prior to sending back your purchase, so we know that you are returning it.
1.9 Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
1.10 If you have not received a refund yet (if applicable), first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@mrandmrsolive.co.uk.
1.11 Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
1.12 We do not accept any exchanges.
SECTION 2: SHIPPING FOR RETURN
2.1 To return your product, you should mail your product to: 51 Georges Hill, Widmer End, High Wycombe, HP15 6BH
2.2 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
2.3 Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
2.4 If you are shipping an item over £30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
